Hi there, I'm Jessica, a product manager and design enthusiast who loves building things that are thoughtful, inclusive, and good for the planet.
I’ve worked across product design, engineering, and marketing — from launching Surface devices at Microsoft to co-founding a design agency that helped students from all backgrounds break into design. I’m especially passionate about accessibility, sustainability, and creating experiences that feel human — whether that’s through thoughtful UX, community storytelling, or really well-designed hardware.
I’m especially interested in how people interact with technology and how design can meet real needs, particularly for younger, digitally native audiences. A lot of my work has focused on understanding Gen-Z behaviors and values, and using those insights to shape product strategy and storytelling.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find me planning design events, sharing my favorite local restaurants, learning a new language, or at the pottery studio!
I'm currently learning my fifth language, Spanish (favorite $5 tapas restaurant, Tasca in Boston, pictured here).
Surrounded by sneakerheads since I was a kid, I love following the latest innovations in sneakers and sustainable fashion.
